Pumpkin Carving

Every year we carve pumpkins with my Moms family.This year Gavin was interested in carving a pumpkin but he was kind of grossed out by getting the insides.Can't wait for next year!

Happy birthday Gavin!

My messy little birthday boy.
For Gavin's birthday we had a Cars party.I made a Lighting McQueen Cake
Gavin loved opening presents but had a hard time moving on to the next. He wanted to get everything out and play with everything.
Thanks to everyone who came. Gavin had a great day!

October fun!

Gavin and I had our friends Emily, Addie, Naomi, and Dallin over for a play date

It was such a blast!

Ava Three months stats

Ava is 22 inches long and weighs 12 pounds.
She coos and smiles.
She loves to kick, hear her brother sing and take baths.
She has rubbed off most of her hair.
She has outgrown most of her newborn clothes!

It has been so much fun to have Ava join our family! I can't imagine life with out her!
We love you Ava!

Saving George

For Labor day we took a quick vacation down to St. George.
The night before we left we told Gavin where we were going.The next day he told me he was excited to save George! Chase got off work around three and we packed up the car and started on our way around four. Traffic was awful, by the time we got to Springville Ava needed to eat so we stop and fed her. after Spanish fork the traffic was too bad. We stopped in Filmore to eat and take a potty break. Just before we got to Beaver Ava started to get fussy, and Gavin was whining that he needed to get out. We promised to stop soon just as Gavin threw up all over! We got to Beaver and cleaned Gavin and the car up. We got back on the road and finally got to the condo around midnight.

The next morning we asked Gavin what he wanted to do and he ran to the back doors and said "I need to save George".
We spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying our time together.

Annie

Chase played Daddy Warbucks in Bluffdale art councils production of
Annie
He did a really great job!!!
Gavin went to the play the last night. He only stayed for the first half but he is still calling Chase Daddy Warbucks.
